Proposed changes to Ch 47 Zoning Code 2026 

These proposed amendments are to clarify the permitting process for unclassified uses and amend the definition of private solar energy generating system. These will be discussed at a public hearing held on March 16, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the Monroe County Justice Center Monroe County Board Assembly Room 1st Floor - Room #1200, 210 W Oak Street, Sparta, WI 54656.  Any person may appear, in person by his/her agent or attorney, to give testimony for or against this matter.
