Residents can view and download preliminary versions of the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report and the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) before the meeting, here. The floodplains can also be viewed using the FEMA Flood Map Changes Viewer at: Flood Map Changes Viewer.

- Zoning Permit Application
- Shoreland Zoning Permit Application – Please contact the Zoning Department for instructions if removing vegetation within 35′ of a water body or if installing a stream crossing. These activities have special requirements.
- Floodplain Land Use Permit Application -This permit must be obtained before starting any work in a Floodplain including filling, grating and material removal.
- Conditional Use Permit Application – Please contact the Zoning Department for application if applying for a non-metallic mine or a cell tower.
