 Permit Applications:    Note the following applications are for unincorporated areas of Monroe County only.  If the project site is within municipal boundaries of a city or village please contact that respective municipality for permit applications.

• Zoning Permit Application  
• Shoreland Zoning Permit Application  – Please contact the Zoning Department for instructions if removing vegetation within 35′ of a water body or if installing a stream crossing.  These activities have special requirements.
• Floodplain Land Use Permit Application -This permit must be obtained before starting any work in a Floodplain including filling, grating and material removal.
• Conditional Use Permit Application  – Please contact the Zoning Department for application if applying for a non-metallic mine or a cell tower.
