This program provides services to OWI 4th offenders. Participants of the OWI 4th Program have the following requirements: 

  • Attend the two-night Victim Impact Panel with MCJP or other approved program
  • Comply with random drug testing,
  • Complete a Driver's Safety Plan assessment and successfully discharge from that plan.  
  • Complete 26 Corrective Thinking Classes. 
  • Pay $400 program fee and/or complete Community Service Hours
  • Attend court as scheduled by the OWI 4th program Judge. 

Individuals interested in the OWI 4th Offender Program must attend the program orientation prior to entering their plea.  They are conducted in person at Monroe County Justice Programs, 1st floor of Monroe County Justice Center, located at 112 S. Court Street, Room 1008, Sparta, WI.  Virutal option is approved on a case by case.  If you live 1 hour or further away from Sparta, WI you may request a virtual option.
