Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) provides psychosocial rehabilitation services to children and adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
CCS uses a team model that is person-center, recovery-focused, and strength-based. Services offered may include: skill development; equine therapy; psychotherapy; exercise and wellness services; and case management.
To be eligible, individuals must have Medicaid, qualify through a functional screen assessment, and be appropriate for psychosocial rehabilitation services.
