The Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic provides diagnostic substance-use assessments for Monroe County residents ages 18 and older who are experiencing concerns related to their alcohol or other drug use.

Assessments are provided on sliding fee scale basis to individuals who do not have insurance and are seeking voluntary services.  Medication for substance use disorders may be available on a limited basis through our outpatient clinic prescriber.   Court-ordered assessments are available for a fee payable prior to scheduling unless covered by insurance.  See our Fee Schedule for more information.

We are able to provide limited individual counseling and can assist in making referrals to other providers for more intensive levels of care. We can also assist in providing information and referrals to other community resources.

Human Services receives several grant opportunities that may be able to assist individuals with their recovery needs when Medicaid and other insurance cannot. One of our counselors will be happy to discuss your needs and help determine if assistance is available.
