DRAFT REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN – SAND CREEK

Monroe County is soliciting testimony on whether the draft Remedial
Action Plan is the least costly method of meeting the standards for
remedial action in the rules promulgated by the Department of Natural
Resources. Monroe County will accept written comments for 30 days after
the close of the public hearing, through October 9, 2026. Written
comments may be submitted to:
