News Release, CTH A, Indian Creek Bridge, Road Closure

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

COUNTY HIGHWAY A TO CLOSE

County Trunk Highway (CTH) A in the Town of Clifton, 0.15 mile east of CTH N (north), will be closed effective Monday, March 23, 2026, to facilitate the replacement of the bridge over Indian Creek. 

Advance notice signs will be posted.  No formal detour will be established. 

Radke Contractors, Incorporated of Winneconne has been awarded a $533,151.00 contract to construct the project.  The project is funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Bridge Program and Monroe County. 

The project is expected to be completed by Memorial Day 2026.
