Are you organized, self-motivated, and enjoy serving others? If so, Monroe County’s Human Services Department – Aging and Disability Resource Center might have the job for you. We’re hiring a part-time (20hrs./wk.; Mon-Fri @ 6 hrs. per day) Meal Site Manager to work at our Tomah location. Successful candidates are preferred to have graduated from high school and have experience in food service operations. Previous experience working with the elderly population is a plus. A valid Wisconsin’s driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Knowledge of available community resources and long-term support services is beneficial. Additionally, candidates will need to attend and pass a Serv Safe training program and pass the certification exam. 

Our Meal Site Manager coordinates and maintains the daily operations of the meal site to include maintaining daily records of participant attendance and needed supply inventory. The Meal Site Manager inspects the quality and quantity of food items and records daily temperature checks for compliance with safe food practices. This role will also deliver meals when needed with mileage being reimbursed if their auto insurance meets the minimum liability limits.
