NEW CHILD SUPPORT DEBIT CARDS WILL BE ISSUED:
On February 7, 2013, the Wisconsin Child Support Program will change debit card vendors. Child Support customers who currently receive child support on their CHASE VISA and are at least 18 years old will receive the new Wisconsin EPPIC Debit MasterCard. The child support customers’ enrollment will occur automatically upon receipt of their next child support payment on or after February 7, 2013.
This change-over could result in a 7 to 10 day delay in customers being able to access their first payment on the new card. This delay is necessary to provide EPPIC the time to create and mail the new cards. If customers have moved and failed to provide us with their new address, this will delay the process as the mail will not be forwarded.
